You had the power to stop the offenders in October 2020! It was the National manager of employment relations and SAFETY and the WHS staff committing the psychological violence / mobbing / workplace terror, which made it WORSE. Your inspector said “I’m not here to play he said she said” while doing exactly that, and ignoring MY EVIDENCE. SafeWork NSW ignored my evidence for YEARS. Would the inspector say this to a rape victim? A gender based domestic violence victim? IT IS UNACCEPTABLE. 

DOES THE PUBLIC CONSIDER THIS ACCEPTABLE OR HORRENDOUS GIVEN SAFEWORK NSW BOASTING ABOUT MENTALLY HEALTHY WORKPLACE STRATEGIES AND BEING THE FIRST STATE TO PUBLISH THE CODE OF PRACTICE FOR MANAGING PSYCHOSOCIAL HAZARDS? 

DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST SAFEWORK NSW. WHAT YOU PROMOTED TO THE PUBLIC IS FALSE ADVERTISING. YOU HAVE A GREATER LEGAL OBLIGATION IF A PCBU REFUSES TO COMPLY WITH THEIR WHS LEGAL OBLIGATIONS. 

SAFEWORK NSW CAUSED ME AND MY FAMILY THE GREATER HARM.
