(NOTE: in my case the greatest psychological violence was perpetrated by the NATIONAL manager of employment relations and SAFETY - responsible for the WHS of the university community on multiple campuses! The Vice Chancellor bears the greater responsibility for this harm).

(NOTE: my letter and records are also currently in transit to the Vatican Cardinal prefect for the Dicastery of Culture and Education. It is evidence of the serious nature of the organisational misconduct. If one applies the Mission and Values in their work at ACU, they will be severely persecuted. In my case, leaders from both the Australian Catholic University and Catholic Church Insurance committed offences, including fraud.

The serious misconduct of leaders is not the Identity and Mission of ACU, as a Catholic university. This is also not demonstrating ethical and moral corporate governance and authentic leadership at the ACU. Given the sabotage and obstruction of justice I repeatedly experienced, and the failure of regulators like SafeWork NSW and SIRA NSW to act, for years, I have now also requested that an independent investigation be considered by the Vatican, into the leadership at the Australian Catholic University, in relation to institutional abuse and institutional betrayal of the Catholic faith, identity and culture.

The reckless conduct and perpetrators of psychosocial hazards, being the senior executive leaders responsible to reasonably manage such hazards as stipulated in WHS laws - eg. WHS Act 2011 (NSW), is very serious. I have spoken up regarding such human rights abuse because I signed the same employment contract as everyone else in the university and these are our human rights.

The leaders have a legal obligation to myself and my family, who were also unfairly implicated, menaced and harassed using a carrier, by WHS leaders. They even audaciously menaced and harassed a concerned friend of mine, a prospective student whose degree in Social Work is from a nearby university competitor. She had considered a Master in Social Work at ACU. This is not community engagement and honouring the Catholic Social Justice principles by the Vice Chancellor and other leaders of ACU. They left me with no other choice but to speak up now, including my own letter to the Vatican Dicastery for Culture and Education).
