The waiting area

I include a part of document 23a, a time stamped screen shot of my text message to the OT after that traumatic experience.

Text communication with OT

How can I ever trust allied health professionals again? I’ll be suspicious of their ethics and integrity (or lack thereof). I informed this OT in a call later that day, that the appointment was terminated in five minutes and why. She was surprised. Why was she surprised? She’s the only one who could have misinformed HR that I was considering making a workers compensation claim. WRONG.

And of course. I had plenty of sick leave. By the way, how did this OT know that information? Colluding in gaslighting and distressing me, making me deliberately sick, distraught and constantly distressed, to use my abundant leave entitlements? They all had an ethical, legal and moral obligation to ensure compliance with WHS laws and duty of care. Didn’t this OT have a duty of care to report the truth of what happened, as per our phone conversation, to a regulatory authority like SafeWork NSW? I’m the only one who’s been honest and no one believed me, or respectfully listened and reviewed the evidence, including SafeWork NSW (that’s to come around October 2020).

I also remembered something else, at the Rockdale library meeting. The OT had me do one of those mental health questionnaires. Result : no depression, average anxiety, due to my fear of adverse action, and sky high distress, given the deliberate gaslighting, harassment, lies, reckless conduct (abuse) to cause harm, as adverse action. That constant unhealthy distress was what lead to a hypertension diagnosis and medication in February 2019. It was the reason I requested a psychosocially safe work environment! The HR and WHS staff were trying to kill me by continuing the abuse, to remain distressed (violating the WHS Act 2011 (NSW) that they had a legal obligation to comply with). With the approval of the Vice Chancellor, of course. How have I survived?

There was a mob that were unfit at doing their jobs and were in need of medical assessment, and it wasn’t me or others who have been in my shoes. Extremely creepy, disturbing and unconscionable.

As for Deepinder Miller, let’s hope there is one ethical agency who will do what must be done to save lives and families from medical malpractice: The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
